Crackpot remedies anyone??

A couple of posts ago I mentioned my lovely Argentinian tai chi instructor, Eduardo, and the copper bracelet he kindly made me to 'cure' my arthritis. I have, in fact, been wearing it sometimes as it seems to keep turining up around the house. I generally put it on rather than trying to find an actual home for it.

I was wearing it tonight when I went to tai chi and obviously this spurred Eduardo on to provide me with his other home remedies which are as follows - please note that they do not relate to actual conditions or issues that I have - he was just sharing his wisdom:

1. When you walk past a rosemary bush, run your fingers through it and it will help prevent arthritis because of the oils (this one I am actually ok with)
2. If your hair is getting grey, put some of the covers/skins from the outside of walnuts in some warm water and comb it through. Just so we are clear, I am 29 and I am not going grey.
3. When you are putting on your undies in the morning, you should take your time and put one leg in at a time while balancing on one foot as this will improve your tai chi practice (not a pretty image).
4. If you have a cut or some dry skin, you should get a cow to lick it - I'm not even making this up. In Eduardo's village growing up, when the man brought the cow around to your house so you could get fresh milk, you would also get it to lick your knee if you had a graze.

So there you go. My arthritis is really good at the moment so maybe it is the magic of copper after all...
